Every registered member agrees to apply a "fair use" of this message board and "fair treatment" of other members.

FAIR USE is defined as everyone having the same rights and protections as all other members in the applicable forums. It also means that users shall abide by rules, regulations and/or any procedures of which others are held responsible.

FAIR TREATMENT is defined as seeing that all complaints or grievances are solved to the best level of satisfaction. This does NOT mean that all parties shall be fully satisified by the outcome, but that we achieve the highest possible between all parties concerned.
