Yes, it's true.

A page of Cuba's history has just been turned.

And the page after it looks like a copy of the previous. Nothing will change in Cuba unless the Castro family is removed from power and a government that represents the people of Cuba is elected BY the people without US interference.

Two pages of Cuba's history are stuck together because I did something naughty. :(
