The poll choices aren't perfect since there are some differences in how often services are held. And there are usually at least 2 religious holidays regardless of which it is; that would be a definite once a year.

People's habits that had changed should reflect how often the attend as of late. So if someone was attending most every service but stopped for whatever reason, they should indicate how often they are going.

There isn't really any purpose here other than to get an idea of how often folks go.

I've never chosen to go to a religious service. Thats not to say i was forced or anything, just funerals, Weddings and In primary school we would do a christmas concert.

Never been to a sunday service. Don't really plan to in the future. None of my friends or family go either.

It's hard to attend religious services when I don't know where the closest church would be or how often they hold services.
