I watched a little documentary on MSNBC a few days ago where the journalist was interviewing an al Qa'ida cell in Jordan. It was rather interesting to hear in their words how al Qa'ida works. What was especially interesting was how they described the organization. A franchise. All the information and manuels they need they can get online and they put them to use.
