Noticed this guy has been in the news and on some magazine covers.

First off, yeah, I'm a big fan his. BIG fan. Why? Back to the Future and Secret of My Success to name a couple of reasons. Teen Wolf really sucked hard, but what movie with the word "wolf" hasn't... except maybe for the one with ol' Nicholson in it. :)

So now they are saying he's over-sensationalizing his condition. Wait a minute. This a media claim? The same bunch of yokels that sensationalize way too much anyway? Another reason I like him. Spin City. He knew he had to give up that role.

His wife is a fine looking gal, but not a great actor. Yet I think she's very loyal and supportive. So chalk another one up for Mike. He made an excellent choice. And they'd been together since that Family Ties episode.

He was at a Dodgers-Rangers game one time. I almost had the gall to go up to him and say hello. It was only out of immense respect that I didn't. They say he is one of the most influential people in Hollywood. He doesn't have a scandal tying him to Heidi Fleiss like say she might be tied to a Charlie Sheen. That's heresay though.

Compared to some of the headlines surrounding big-screen or T.V.-based actors, I think they should cut him some slack. If you had a disease, or if one of your loved ones had it, you'd support efforts to improve research. Besides, it's not a flighty cause.

P.S. How many actors can say they worked with Joan Jett!!! :)

Just heard on CNN International this morning that Mr. Fox will be appearing in Virginia to support the Democratic candidate. James Webb is a former Secretary of Navy under Ronald Reagan's administration.

He is also a novelist and filmmaker, having written "Rules of Engagement," a 2000 film that opens with a confrontation involving U.S. Marines in Yemen.

He faces off against incumbent Senator George Allen in what could prove to be on of the tightest U.S. Senatorial races this November. Other races that will prove tight are Missouri, Montana, Ohio and Tennesee. I heard Scott McClellan (former Press Secretary to Bush) confirm this in a public speaking engagement he'd had during "Outlook 2007". McClellan had mentioned that the pendulum swing is moving away from the conservative America to a what's next dilemma of the public's curiousity as where modern politics are leading.

So both candidates are polling at roughly 46%, with about 8% in the undecided. The news anchor had noted that incumbency doesn't have the advantages in this election to which they would normally carry. I think again that Hollywood might factor into the equation.

Just keep Ben Affleck out of the political picture.
